Thank you for shopping with Artist2Go. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted by Artist2Go LLC (“Artist2Go,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order on https://www.artist2go.com, you agree to this policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within [30] days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products (made to your specifications)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Because customized products are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at [email protected] with:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return:

- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If your refund is rejected, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [email protected].
Customized products cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or produced incorrectly.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank; processing times may vary.

9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customized products: Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
10. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are non-refundable.
